A Not-Especially-Bad Man in Africa

Robert Calibrisi's The Trouble with Africa: "Why foreign aid isn't working," while sensible in its perscriptions for the beleaugered continent goes a little heavy on anecdote and a little light on hard analysis for my liking. Also, whoever didn't think it was important to include a map for the American readership should be, as the expression goes, cashiered.
